In April there was a little flower-show in the nearest italian city Trieste called Horti Tergestini. Among other flowering beauties there were also some bonsays. This little strawberry (much smaller in reality than on my painting) captured my attention.

Have a nice evening.

This is so pretty and happy looking. Wonderful job on the shading of the leaves.
So good to see you back sketching.

Hi Jona!! This is so sweet and pretty! I love the variety of colors in the petals and leaves!!! So attractive -- it'd make a wonderful card!!!

(You asked about the colors of the Salvia blossoms -- they were a blend of French Ultramarine Blue and Winsor Violet...) I might have a lavender lemonade recipe -- can you send me your email?)

PS Thank you too for your kind and most generous comments! HUGS!
